Once you choose your puppy (or your puppy chooses you), click the ADOPT PUPPY button. You will be directed to the ORDER CONFIRMATION page. Agree to the terms & conditions and click CHECKOUT. Enter all your information & make sure you give all contact phone numbers (cell phone) & a valid email so we can send you the receipt & flight information with tracking number. Once purchased, we will contact & let you know which day the puppy could arrive. We will book your puppy on a flight & email you all the information along with a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase. The puppies fly on DELTA VIP CARGO. We pay extra for the V.I.P. treatment so your puppy passes Cargo pickup & goes directly to Baggage Claim. We give your name & cell phone number to the airlines, so bring your I.D. & cell phone with you to the airport.** IMPORTANT: If someone (other than you) is picking up your puppy, you will need a signed & dated statement of release from the person who purchased. Bring this signed document releasing the care of the puppy to the person you designate.
A: We believe in arriving in style everytime. We pay extra for a VIP contract with Delta Airlines. The extra money we spend means the puppy arrives to Baggage Claim & bypasses the Cargo section of the airport terminal. They are kept in climate--controlled environments under the plane belly (72 degrees) & also in the airport transport vans (75 degrees).
A: <b>**Important:</b> We have no control over the flight status!!! Keep in mind; we do not work for the airport. We do everything in our power to make sure your puppy is where it should be on the day we book it. Although, it's rare... we have no control over delayed flights & cancelled flights due to weather. A delayed flight does not mean your puppy is not coming! It's the same as when people fly! Sometimes the flights are late, but they still arrive. The airlines will not fly puppies with certain temperatures. This is about the puppy & it's health and NOT YOUR SCHEDULE or OURS!! As always, you will have the tracking number & flight number to know exactly where your puppy is once he or she on the plane. It's always a good idea to check the Flight status before leaving your home!

We use the same online securities as BEST BUY & other major companies in the U.S. Everything is locked down like Fort Knox. A: We work with numerous breeders across America who follow similar practices to our own breeding standards. Currently about 22 (but this number expands & contracts as we find more quality breeders–-or-–let go of some who violated a policy of ours. We have a 20 point checklist which every breeder must meet and follow or we won't deal with them. We do NOT work with Puppy Mills! They are a black eye on something so cuddly & cute--we won't be involved with anyone who even remotely sounds like one. We strive for perfection & will not accept anything less--neither should you. Many times, we have gone to see a potential breeder's home & immediately walked out because we did not agree with something we saw. This happens quite often. WE WILL NOT WORK WITH UNLOVING, UNCARING HEARTLESS PEOPLE! We only work with high quality kennels & breeders because we offer Health Warranties on all of our puppies. We want to work with people who care about the health & well-being of the animal. Having a mother who bred AKC Sheltand Sheepdogs for 30 years, and breeding AKC Yorkshire Terriers ourselves, we understand what it takes to be a good breeder. We strive to provide the highest quality pup & are adamant about maintaining quality & integrity. Our reputation could not survive the past 10 years without providing you the highest quality of puppy, so we are working for you!
A: There are many of different variables used to price our puppies. Male vs Female. Breeder price. Size of puppy, Look of puppy, etc. It's a difficult formula we use to price a pup, but has nothing to do with HEALTH! <b>IMPORTANT:</b> Every one of our puppies has a certified health check from a Veterinarian. Each one is 100% healthy & has no effect on price. Females typically are in higher demand, so they will usually be a bit higher in price.
A: All of our puppies are playful. Those words are a bit synonymous... PUPPY = PLAYFUL. Vice versa. We don't sell any puppies that don't fit the definition. Any & all breeds we carry are going to be good for children. We would never offer any dog or breed of dog known for it's bad temperament. Rest assured all our puppies play well with children & are well socialized to be around all ages.
